The amount of detail that you've put into this is just incredible. I feel like I could stare at it forever and still find new little treats for me eyes hidden around the painting. And the background is just incredible, with the mix of textures from the manzanita-like bark to the the fluffy hanging moss to the rippling ocean waves. The colours are so soothing, and I especially like that touch of warm orange for the beach. It gives a nice contrast to the cool colours, and helps bring out the orange in the tiger.
And the characters themselves look fantastic! I love the poses. They bring out the different personalities, with the tiger being very relaxed and the rat being so curious. The shading and the fur textures are both really wonderful, too. Ha ha, they almost look lifelike enough to touch!
